Returns/Replacement
In case that you receive a damaged/missing item from Handicrafts Galleria(HG), here is our policy on returns/replacement:
- Products(Clothing, Jewelry etc) that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Products eligible for return would be clearly indicated on our product screens. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives defective/damaged/missing item, you should email/what’s app us a photo of the damaged product alongwith an unboxing video of the packet from start to end, within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- The Handicrafts Galleria Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will have to arrange to courier the product back to our supplier/vendor's, address, directly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund/replacement. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Handicrafts Galleria account within 24 working hours after receiving the product by courier from your end. However, if you'd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

- No return or exchange would be entertained on the basis of like or dislike by the customer. No return or exchange would be entertained for slight colour variation, which can be due to camera/photo effect.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Handicrafts Galleria.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
